Claims handlers

The majority of dental claims are resolved without litigation and the Claims Handling Unit specialise in dealing with cases at the Pre-Action stage.

The combined skills of claims handlers from the Insurance industry and dentally qualified handlers mean that each case is considered from a clinical and procedural standpoint to achieve an optimum outcome. Members are consulted at each stage of the claims handling process to ensure that their views are taken into account.
